Zhaoyu received his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry at Sichuan University under supervision of Prof. Dan Xiao. His research mainly focused on the rational design of high-efficient electrodes and novel systems for electrocatalysis, photoelectrochemistry as well as battery applications. He joined Prof. Bard group in the fall of 2017, and currently working on the mechanism studies of electrochemical energy storage and conversion by scanning electrochemical microscopy.
