Taeho received his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Seoul National University under supervision of Prof. Jae Jeong Kim. The research interest was electro-/electroless deposition for metallization of semiconductor devices. Following, as a postdoctoral fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, he worked with Prof. Paul J. Sides for one year on the imaging ammeter that visualizing local current distribution on electrode surface. His current research interest in the Bard’s group is electrodeposition of Si from SiO2 in molten salt.
